Well another graduate student has ushered in the apocalypse with her innocuously titled post, Antioxidants in Berries Increased by Ethanol (but Are Daiquiris Healthy?). It just sounds like the end of intellectual property in America. Ok, I’m being dramatic, but apparently the folks at Wiley & Sons are as well.

I’ve been watching the news surrounding the discovery of “the first habitable Earth-like planet found“. Here’s just a few links if you haven’t already heard. Note the decidedly different tones of the headlines between the mass media sites and the more science focused (although the most sensationalistic headline above comes from National Geographic).
